The Stainless Steel Tanker Trucks as well as Semi-Trailers in our organisation vary from the range of 24 KL to 40 KL. Tanker is self-supported by chassis so there is no need of any additional foundation. Apart from this, the tank is uniformly supported by chassis beam, which also allows us to keep a lower chassis beam thickness.

Its application involves Weak Nitric Acid, Spent Sulphuric Acid, Acitic Acid, Food Grade liquids, Hydrogen Peroxide, Caustic Live Acid and many other chemicals which are suitable to carry in Stainless Steel.

At Snita, the Mild Steel Tank Trucks are used for Water, Chemical Transportation and Food Grade liquids. The range of such vehicle in the organisation is in range of 24kl to 34 kl as per the liquid product that can be lifted. We choose the type of liquids that can be moved through the road in these types of tanker trucks based on the liquid density and property.

Its application involves Edible oil, Castor oil, Carbon black, Pure Sulphur Acid, Molten Sulphur, Water and other suitable products.

The Bottom Loading Tank Trucks are a new segment of tankers at Snita that are capable of loading the liquids and chemicals from below the tank to prevent emissions as well as to meet the government regulations to load some of the hazardous good in India. These set of tankers are capable to load from above as well. The Bottom Loading Tank Trucks are made of stainless steel to service or clean the tanks of these trucks multiple times and to reduce the probability of contaminations of the goods being transported.

These vehicles are equipped with OPW sensors to know the amount of chemicals that have been loaded in each compartment of the tank and these sensors plays a major role in preventing the spillage at the loading point of hazardous goods.

At Snita, there is a wide range of vehicles which are capable of moving fuels for different requirements and have a fleet of tank trucks which can facilitate the same. The Fuel Tank is best fit for transporting fuels for vehicles, industrial purposes, for petrol filling station and to cater to aviation industry for ATF (airline transport fuel). To provide effective services to these sectors, the tank are been manufactured as per the PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization) guidelines and these vehicles are certified under the petroleum rule 2002 by PESO to fulfill a complete safety protocol as per the government.

The Fuel Tanks have been made with both mild steel and stainless-steel tanks to fulfill customer requirements. These vehicles have both top loading as well as bottom loading facilities. The tanks have various compartment separations to protect the fuel from contamination risks and provide multiple fuel movement in a single truck to meet split fuel requirements. An example can be carrying half petrol and half diesel in a single fuel tank trucks.
